Native to Remington, Virginia, Dr. Ashby is returning to follow in her grandfathers footsteps to provide healthcare to the local area. She received her B.S. in Biology from Roanoke College. In 2012 she graduated with her D.D.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Lauren Pearson Fotenos
Office Administrator/Dental Hygienist
Registered Dental Hygienist. Local Anesthesia, X-ray, and CPR Certified.
Lauren is a graduate from Culpeper County High School. In 2008, she achieved her AS in Dental Hygiene from TTC in Charleston, SC followed by a BS of Health Science Administration from ODU. She enjoys traveling to different MLB and NFL stadiums to watch Minnesota sports teams, spending time with her husband and three kids.
Savannah Dodson

Certified Dental Assistant, CPR, Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Administration Certification.
Savannah is a graduate of Germanna Community College & NVCC: she is also a Certified Dental Assistant. She aspires to create meaningful relationships while educating and helping patients with oral hygiene health. Savannah married her high school sweetheart and has a quirky pug. In her spare time, she loves the outdoors, fishing, spending time at the lake, and kayaking.
Stacy Duff

Stacy graduated from Orange County High School in 2010. She obtained her Dental Assistant Certification by 2015. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
Gail Smith
Patient Care Coordinator
Gail is our scheduling, insurance, and patient care coordinator. Native to Northern Virginia where her dental career began over 46 years ago as a dental assistant. Gail is also a successful and knowledgeable doTERRA consultant. In her pastime, she enjoys spending time with her family and husband of 42 years.
Rachel Patterson
Dental Assistant
X-Ray and CPR Certified
Graduate of Rappahannock County High School in 2006. She has over 6 years of dental assisting experience; excellent patient care. Outside of the office she enjoys photography, travel, and is a wine enthusiast.
